  • What is the "New logo template" charge for?

    When you place an order that requires an embroidered design or logo, there is a set-up fee of £25.00. This covers the cost of having your design or logo recreated as a digitised stitch file. This is a one-off charge as once we have created your file, it can be used on any orders you place with us in the future. Please note, this set-up fee only applies to embroidered designs and logos. There is no set-up fee for embroidering plain text from our choice of standard fonts. Please call for more details.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Which file formats do you accept for artwork?

    We accept all file types but recommend the following formats: TIF, PSD, EPS, AI, PDF, JPG. If you are unsure of which format to supply your artwork in, please contact us.

  • Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?


  • Do you provide samples of your products?

    Yes, samples of all our products are available. Samples are charged for in full and will incur a delivery charge.

  • How do I order embroidered or screen printed garments?

    If you you would like to have your garments embroidered or screen printed, please specify this in the checkout process. We will contact you once we have received your order to discuss your artwork, the customisation options available for your chosen garments and associated costs.

  • How long will my order take?

    Garments that are non-customised will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 6pm. Garments that require embroidery or screen printing usually take between 7 and 10 working days from approval of artwork. If garments are out of stock at time of order, these turnaround times may be extended. We will inform you once your order has been received if this is the case.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    Delivery is free on all orders of plain garments over £150.00 net. A small charge of £7.50 is added to orders under this for orders on mainland UK. For overseas deliverys please contact us for a quotation before placing your order. We currently use DPD as prefered courier.

  • What does your free embroidery service include?

    Our free embroidery service on packaged deals includes an embroidered logo, or embroidered text of up to 10,000 stitches. This can be applied to one position on the garment using up to 15 colours. For embroidered logos or embroidered text that require larger stitch counts, or need to be embroidered into additional positions, please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
